These terms govern your use of the W2RESQ website. A separate written estimate, work order or service agreement may contain additional terms for a specific job.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing this website, requesting an estimate or using its features, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
2. Website information and estimates
Website descriptions and prices are general information and may change. A service is not booked until W2RESQ confirms the scope, scheduling and price. Estimates may be adjusted when site conditions, access, square footage, materials, contamination or requested add-ons differ from the information provided.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate project information, safe and reasonable access, and disclose known hazards, sensitive materials, occupants, pets, plants and surface concerns. Customers agree to follow preparation, ventilation and re-entry instructions provided for the selected application.
4. Products and applications
W2RESQ selects professional cleaning and disinfectant applications for the service and surface. Products are used according to manufacturer and EPA label directions, including required dilution, contact time, ventilation and re-entry guidance. Results can vary based on conditions and no service can guarantee the complete elimination of every contaminant, allergen or odor.
5. Cancellations, payment and promotions
Payment timing, cancellation fees, deposits and rescheduling terms will be stated in the applicable estimate or service agreement. Promotions are subject to stated eligibility, scope and availability; they cannot be combined unless W2RESQ agrees in writing. The $299 new-client offer applies only to qualifying residential or commercial spaces of 2,000 square feet or less, with final scope confirmed before service.
6. Acceptable website use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, introduce harmful code, scrape content without permission, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use W2RESQ content or marks for an unauthorized commercial purpose.
7. Intellectual property and third-party links
W2RESQ names, logos, photographs, service descriptions and website content are protected and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; W2RESQ does not control their content or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, W2RESQ disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable United States and Texas law. We may update them by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued website use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
